  • Islée Oliva Salinas is a Venture Partner based in London. She serves as an active Trustee, Board Member, and Executive Council to a diverse portfolio of special interest groups and to charitable and humanitarian organisations. She supports humanitarian causes, conservation of the environment, and intercultural educational endeavours. She has a keen interest in the creative and performing arts, including dance, music, and theatre. She is an avid thoroughbred racehorse enthusiast. An intrepid globetrotter, she has boundless enthusiasm and passion for broadening her horizons.

  • Inde is a digital transformation leader, with over 30 years of experience and the privilege of working with leading global brands, as well as government and policing organisations, he has helped implement cutting-edge solutions that drive real impact. 

    As technology accelerates and reshapes every aspect of our lives, he believes young people hold the power to lead this transformation.   • Dame Asha Khemka is a pioneering educator and advocate for transformative learning, she has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education.
    In 2006, she became the Principal and CEO of West Nottinghamshire College, leading it to national recognition for excellence in vocational education and apprenticeships. Under her leadership, the college became a beacon of educational transformation, serving as a model for institutions across the UK. Her contributions have been recognised through several honours, including the Officer of the Most Excellent Order Of British Empire (OBE) in 2009 and the Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (DBE) in 2014, making her one of the first Indian-born women to receive this distinction in last 80 years.

  • Bianca Farthing is an education and digital innovation researcher whose Master’s at the University of Oxford examined the implementation of generative AI in schools. She is the founder of AI Edify and the Initiative for Conscious AI (ICAI), both focused on advancing ethical, human-centred uses of artificial intelligence in education and youth innovation. Bianca is now a doctoral researcher at Durham University, where her work explores the impact of AI on young people.

  • Sanjeev is a senior business leader with over 25 years of international sales, commercial, and operations experience in technology, now applies his leadership expertise to fast-growth social impact businesses. His career has been built on identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and executing strategies that deliver sustainable results. He is deeply passionate about aligning purpose with commercial success. Beyond work, he dedicates time to coaching social enterprise founders, mentoring early career professionals, and speaking in schools about the skills of the future.

  • Baljinder Bathis a barrister at 4PB specialising in family law, with a focus on child protection and the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals. Her practice spans complex proceedings involving parents, children, and local authorities, grounded in a commitment to upholding the legal and welfare rights of children. Alongside her work at the Bar, Baljinder is undertaking an MSt in AI, Ethics and Society at the University of Cambridge, where her research explores the ethical and legal implications of emerging technologies on children and families. She advises AI Edify on ethical integration and safeguarding in education and serves as a Director of the Initiative for Conscious AI (ICAI), a non-profit enabling students to design AI tools that address societal challenges. Baljinder is also an advocate for the Safe AI for Children Alliance and contributes regularly to panels and publications on AI, safeguarding, and law.

  • Anushka Sharma is a leading voice in space innovation and inclusive technology strategy. As Liaison Manager for the Space Academic Network (SPAN), she connects academia, industry, and government to embed UK research in space policy and capability planning. Her work spans Earth Observation, Space Science and Engineering, the Space Environment, and Space for Society. Anushka is founder of Naaut, a space tech and innovation consultancy, and Co-founder of the London Space Network, a 2,000-strong community. She also sits on the Oversight Committee for the UK’s Square Kilometre Array Regional Centre and is a regular media commentator and award-winning founder.

  • Charlene Gallery is a Reader in Digital Fashion Innovation and Senior Line Manager in the Department of Materials at the University of Manchester. She sits on Glad-HE and FACE committees and researches fashion’s intersection with emerging technologies and material science, focusing on circular development, digital sustainability, and AI-driven design. As co-founder of the AI in Fashion Consortium, she leads key global collaborations to adopt material-led design technologies. Her publications include Fashion Business and Digital Transformation (2024). 

  • Zubair Junjunia is an award-wining social entrepreneur who founded Znotes at the age of 16, an online learning platform promoting global educational equity. Znotes has impacted 6 million students across 190+ countries, offering high-quality resources and peer support for secondary schools exams. Zubair was listed in the Forbes 30 under 30 for Social Impact, received the Diana Legacy Award and was appointed a UNDP & Samsung Generation17 Young Leader for Znotes’ contributions to UN SDG4. He is one of the youngest recipients of the Freedom of the City of London and served as the UK Youth Leader for the Global Partnership for Education. Zubair holds a master’s degree in mathematics from University College London (UCL).

  • Parven Kaur is the founder of Kids N Clicks, a platform launched in 2018 to raise online safety awareness among parents. She has been nominated for the Scottish Women in Cybersecurity Everyday Leader Award and contributes to Internet Matters as a digital parenting expert.Her expertise has been featured by the BBC, The Telegraph, and The Guardian, and she has delivered digital parenting sessions for organisations including NatWest, Canopius,  Irwin Mitchell and many more.Parven is also leading a digital inclusion project in Scotland, exploring how AI can support underrepresented women in everyday life.

  • Hardeep Bath is Field CTO at Harness, leading DevSecOps and security transformation for cloud-first enterprises. Formerly Head of SecDevOps at Barclays, he built industry-leading secrets management platforms on HashiCorp Vault, implemented policy-as-code frameworks across AWS, Azure & OpenShift, and drove Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD security initiatives and application security best practices. Hardeep specialises in balancing robust security controls with agile delivery, mentoring teams on ephemeral secrets and developer-friendly guardrails to enable secure, scalable cloud adoption. 

  • Kadine James is the Global Director of Innovation at Artificial Rome and Founder of The Immersive KIND, a queer-led XR collective and digital art studio. Her work explores the intersection of AI, Web3, digital fashion, and immersive storytelling. A leading voice in the metaverse and spatial computing, Kadine’s projects have been showcased globally. She is passionate about shaping inclusive digital futures and regularly speaks on creativity, technology, and the cultural power of emerging platforms. 

  • Alex Cadier is a Europe Correspondent based in Brussels with a career spanning international journalism, fact-checking, and media integrity. He has reported for TVP World and Feature Story News, previously serving as UK Managing Director at NewsGuard. His work includes roles at AFP and Radio New Zealand, where he specialised in disinformation and political reporting. Alex brings deep expertise in European affairs and media ethics to the Initiative for Conscious AI’s commitment to truth, transparency, and youth agency.

  • Darren Coxon is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kompass Education, a consultancy helping schools and colleges innovate safely and ethically with AI. With 26 years in education across every sector and role—from teacher to Head of Department, Principal, and COO—he now specialises in AI literacy and governance training, ensuring compliance with UK government legislation and the EU AI Act. Darren delivers keynotes for leading organisations and supports UK government AI education initiatives.
