What makes a great proposal?
We aren’t looking for polished coders — we’re looking for purposeful thinkers. A strong ICAI draft proposal will:
Identify a real-world challenge faced by people or planet
Suggest an AI-enabled solution that is clear, creative, and feasible
Consider ethical impact: Who benefits? Who might be excluded? What is the cost of innovation?
Show evidence of reflection, originality, and social awareness
